Please be aware that where your license is active, deletion of certain personal information (such as your MT5 account number and license key data) will result in the deactivation of your software license. Additionally, certain information must be retained for the periods specified in Section 7 above to comply with legal obligations.

Our license server and hosting infrastructure may be located outside of the Republic of South Africa. Where personal information is transferred to a third country, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information in accordance with POPIA Section 72.
